1. What are the advantages of leasing a car rather then buying it ? (back)
   Due to the high costs of depreciation and the hassle of selling your own vehicles it it usually cheaper and less bother to lease rather than buy.
   
   Leasing also gives you the chance to manage the vehicles projected depreciation over the contract term meaning you don’t have to worry about negative equity nor the concerns of disposing of a vehicle.
   
   
2. How come you are able to offer such competitive prices ? (back)
   We are able to offer such excellent deals because of our close working relationship with the major motor manufacturers, main dealerships and the leading finance houses. In addition due to the number of vehicles we supply each year we are able to secure excellent discounts.
   
   
3. Are all your lease vehicles brand new ? (back)
   At Car Leasing Experts we only deal with brand new vehicles.
   
   
4. Do I have to arrange delivery or collect the vehicle ? (back)
   We take care of all the administration and registration details for you. This includes the delivery and collection of the vehicle.
   
   
5. How many miles per annum am I allowed to do ? (back)
   When you finalise your Contract you agree a set total mileage per annum figure which normally is between 10,000 and 40,000 miles per annum although this can be set to suit your particular requirements.
   
   If this mileage is exceeded than an excess milage charge will be payable. This is covered in your quotation and other finance documentation.
   
   
6. Do I have to be VAT registered ? (back)
   No – we have packages available for both VAT and non VAT registered businesses.
   
   
7. Why do prices vary between business lease and personal lease ? (back)
   Business contracts are always shown exclusive of VAT and personal lease inclusive of VAT
   
   
8. Who is responsible for insuring the leased vehicle ? (back)
   You are responsible for insuring the vehicle. The fact that is a lease vehicle does not usually affect your insurance price.
   
   
9. Who is responsible for servicing the car ? (back)
   Maintenance of the vehicle is your responsibility unless you have chosen an all inclusive maintenance agreement. As with any new car the vehicle will have a Manufacturer’s Guarantee which means that in the event of any mechanical problems covered under the warranty you take it to your local dealer who will sort out the problem for you.

    Once you know what your monthly allowance is going to be you can start to work out what sort of vehicle you can afford based on cost and your personal requirements. At this point it may well be worth your while to contact us and let us take you throught the whole process. We can probably even ensure that you get a higher spec of car than you currently think is possible.

17. How soon can you get me a car ? (back)
    We can usually deliver within a 5 to 10 working day timetable unless you have an urgent requirement where we can put together a solution for you quicker.
    
    If the vehicle you require is for a specialist specification then your vehicle may need to be factory ordered and built to your individual requirements. We would let you kmow the delivery time at the quotation stage,
    
    
18. Do you take cars in part exchange ? (back)
    Not usually because you can nearly always get a better price selling it yourself. If you do have a requirement for this particular service we have a large number of trade contacts who can take care of this for you. Please contact us to discuss your requirements further.
    
    
19. How do I best take advantage of special offers ? (back)
    Most Special Offers are caused by somebody somewhere being overstocked in a particular vehicle or model. As a result they then reduce the price to clear the stock.
    
    Special Offers by their nature tend to be limited in supply – once they have gone they have gone. To best take advantage of a special offer it is best to get yourself credit approved with us so that the moment a Special Deal becomes available we can secure it for you without having to wait for you to be credit approved.
    
    
20. Where do the cars come from and how will they be delivered ? (back)
    All vehicles are sourced directly by the manufacturer and dealer network. Delivery will take place at an agreed time to your home or business address.
    
    
21. Do I need to pay a deposit ? (back)
    There is usually a deposit of three months payments in advance. However contracts can be tailored to your specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements inmore detail.
